F-IVD100 Multi-point Visual Displacement Monitor

Model: F-IVD100
Basic Functions

Simultaneous measurement of horizontal and vertical displacement; a single device can monitor between 1 and 1,000 passive target points simultaneously; adjustable sampling frequency of 1–33 Hz; built-in attitude sensor for automatic correction of installation misalignment; image anti-interference processing for adverse conditions such as rain, snow and fog; 500 GB local storage with automatic data recovery and resend following network disconnection;4G/Wi-Fi/RJ45 multi-network data upload; remote cloud-based parameter configuration and monitoring start/stop control; supports real-time image capture for intuitive visualisation of on-site deformation.

Product Overview

The F-IVD100 utilises DIC (Digital Image Correlation) combined with sub-pixel visual recognition algorithms, paired with passive targets to enable all-weather, long-range, multi-point two-dimensional displacement and vibration monitoring; The fully integrated, waterproof camera unit supports dual power supply via solar panels or mains electricity, with built-in high-capacity local storage and multi-link wireless transmission. A single device can simultaneously track thousands of monitoring points, eliminating the need to deploy large numbers of contact-type sensors and significantly reducing operational costs associated with on-site cabling, the procurement of monitoring equipment and regular manual inspections.

Key Features

This long-range visual monitoring system delivers high-precision measurements (±0.2 mm to ±1.5 mm depending on range) with sub-pixel accuracy of 0.1 mm, utilizing passive target markers to eliminate the need for cabling or power at measurement points. It ensures data stability through built-in attitude sensors for automatic tilt correction and all-weather adaptive algorithms that resist interference from rain, snow, fog, and vibrations. Housed in a rugged IP66 aluminium alloy enclosure operating from –20 to +60 °C, the low-power design supports independent solar power for long-term unattended operation. It features ultra-high-capacity local hard disk caching with automatic resumption to prevent data loss during network interruptions, and offers flexible freestanding or wall-mounted installation with comprehensive mounting solutions.

Applications

Automated online monitoring of dynamic and static deflection in bridges, convergence settlement in tunnels, surface displacement on slopes, deformation of excavation retaining structures, dams and embankments, and tilt and settlement in high-rise buildings.

Q1 Do the targets require wiring or a power supply, and how difficult is it to install the monitoring points?

A All targets are passive reflective targets; they require no wiring or power supply and are simply fixed to the surface of the structure being monitored, greatly simplifying multi-point installation.

Q2 Will measurement data be distorted in rainy, snowy or foggy weather?

A The equipment incorporates built-in algorithms to counteract fog, rain and snow, combined with an automatic attitude calibration function, enabling stable tracking of targets and the output of valid displacement data even in adverse conditions.

Q3 Will monitoring data be lost during network outages?

A A built-in high-capacity local hard drive automatically caches all sampling records; once the network is restored, missing data is automatically uploaded to the cloud platform, ensuring the complete preservation of data throughout the entire deformation process.
