It adopts diffused silicon/ceramic piezoresistive sensing chip, converts pressure signal into standard 4–20mA / 0–5V analog output, supports gauge/absolute/sealed gauge pressure measurement, realizes long-distance signal transmission with low temperature drift and high linearity.
Local digital display meter, various process thread fittings, intrinsically safe isolation barriers, customized measuring ranges and output signals are optional.
F-IPM100 Pipe Pressure Transmitter (also applicable for liquid level measurement) is equipped with diffused silicon pressure sensor with 316 stainless steel isolation diaphragm or ceramic sensing core. It amplifies weak pressure signals via integrated circuit and converts to standard 4–20mA, 0–10mA or 0–5V analog output. Featuring high precision, excellent linearity, ultra-low temperature drift and corrosion-resistant 316L/ceramic diaphragm, it supports long-distance signal transmission and easy installation. The optional local digital display realizes on-site value reading, widely used in pipeline, boiler, petrochemical, hydropower, pharmaceutical and food industrial monitoring.
