Measures water conductivity using the electrode method; simultaneously outputs TDS and real-time water temperature; automatic temperature compensation; customisable TDS conversion factors; two-point calibration using air zero and standard solution slope; Modbus read/write of EC/TDS/temperature measurement data; modification of device communication address and switching of communication baud rate.
No built-in expansion modules; the standard 5-metre cable can be customised to a longer length as required.
The F-IWQ1504 utilises the electrode method to measure water conductivity and is equipped with a Pt100 temperature compensation unit, enabling the simultaneous output of three sets of data: conductivity, TDS and water temperature. The integrated IP68-sealed probe supports tilted installation in multiple scenarios, is compatible with various industrial data acquisition devices, supports customisable TDS conversion factors, and features a standardised two-point calibration process. It is suitable for long-term monitoring of aqueous solutions across multiple industries, simplifying on-site commissioning and periodic calibration workloads..
Compact, integrated design with an ABS/PC corrosion-resistant alloy housing; IP68 fully sealed for long-term submersion;Simultaneous output of three parameters—conductivity, TDS and temperature—enabling multi-parameter monitoring with a single sensor;Supports customisable TDS conversion factors to accommodate conversion requirements for different water types, including fresh water, aquaculture water and wastewater;3/4 NPT standard thread, supporting various installation methods including submersion, side-wall mounting, pipework and flange mounting; requires an inclination of ≥15° only;Standard Modbus RTU RS485 output, enabling direct connection to globally compatible devices such as PLCs, industrial PCs and cloud monitoring terminals;Low-power design, suitable for off-grid, solar-powered water quality monitoring stations;Rapid measurement response, T90 < 30 seconds, with stable readings during long-term operation;Simple cleaning and calibration procedures; electrode maintenance requires only a soft-bristled brush and distilled water.

Drinking water distribution networks, aquaculture, wastewater treatment, surface water, pharmaceuticals, food processing, online monitoring of recirculating water quality.
A Horizontal or inverted installation is prohibited; the overall tilt angle of the probe must be greater than or equal to 15°, otherwise measurement values will be offset.
A Zero calibration: Rinse with distilled water, wipe dry, and allow to stabilise in air for 3 minutes before proceeding;Slope calibration: Immerse the probe in a standard solution ranging from 20% to full scale; complete the calibration once the reading has stabilised.
A Modify the TDS conversion factor via the Modbus register (factory default: 0.64). Customise the parameters according to the salinity characteristics of the water to ensure accurate TDS output.
